About Hena
At the heart of Wholde, licensed massage therapist Hena Rizvi’s practice is a deeply personal understanding of healing as a relational and embodied process. Shaped by her own experiences with trauma, grief, and the diasporic and intergenerational histories that inform her embodied experience, Hena approaches the body with the same care she brings to storytelling: witnessing objectively, honoring what is present, and allowing space for what is held. Her work is rooted in the belief that healing happens when we feel seen, supported, and met where we are without pressure to perform or persevere.
Drawing from somatic-informed therapeutic massage, craniosacral therapy, myofascial release, and reiki, Hena offers sessions that are trauma-informed, intuitive, and collaborative. Having navigated her own traumatic brain injury and long term healing journey, she brings a nuanced sensitivity to nervous system regulation, gentle touch, and the subtle language of the body, including areas often affected by relational trauma and unresolved or stored tension. Her sessions are especially curated for those seeking support with PTSD/C-PTSD, grief, stress, chronic illness, held emotions, or the impacts of trauma—people who are looking not just for bodywork, but for a practitioner who understands healing holistically. In each session, Hena holds space with anchoring touch, creating an environment where the body can soften, reconnect, and begin to restore itself in its own time.
