Coming Spring 2026
As Wholde completes its final approvals, we are thoughtfully preparing two distinct spaces. Suite 209 will begin with one-on-one therapeutic massage services led by foundational members Hena Rizvi and Joe Truesdell, while Suite 101 will open for workshops, events, and community centered offerings.
Wholde is built on the understanding that community is foundational to healing. The space is intentionally shaped to welcome licensed massage therapists and holistic practitioners—both resident and visiting—whose work reflects a shared commitment to care, presence, and connection.
Located in Allegheny West, just a short walk from the peace and serenity of Allegheny Commons, Wholde was chosen with care to offer room to slow down, rest, and integrate before re-entering everyday life. Street parking is available on Western Avenue and Galveston Avenue.

For practitioners and clients who feel curious about Wholde’s broader vision, the values guiding this space, and how it continues to evolve, please get in touch.

Hena’s sessions draw from Massage Therapy, Craniosacral Therapy, Reiki, and Somatic Release, and are shaped to be trauma-informed, intuitive, and collaborative. Having navigated a traumatic brain injury and an extended healing journey of her own, she brings a refined sensitivity to nervous system regulation, gentle touch, and the body’s subtle cues. Her work is particularly supportive for those experiencing stress, chronic tension, emotional overwhelm, or the lasting effects of trauma—especially for those seeking care that honors the whole person. Each session is held with presence and care, offering a quiet, supportive space for the body to soften, reconnect, and restore itself in its own time.
Joe Truesdell is a licensed massage therapist and the founder of True Recovery Massage Therapy. He works with athletes and active individuals using neuromuscular trigger point therapy, deep tissue techniques, cupping, and assisted stretching to relieve tension, restore balance, and support performance to help clients keep doing what they love.
Corey Simmons, founder of Lunar Sol Apothecary, is an educator and trained clinical herbalist based in Philadelphia (land of the Lenape people). He offers virtual one-on-one consultations and educational workshops for those who would like to take an active role in their health and wellness.

Corey’s work is rooted in personal sovereignty and a deep respect for the body’s innate ability to heal itself. Clients are supported through a collaborative, educational approach that offers guidance and accountability. Corey often works with people who experience chronic digestive concerns, stress, inflammation, and hormonal imbalances, and gladly welcomes anybody who would like holistic support.

As we expand into our space and practice, we will be introducing more members of the 209/101 community at Wholde.
Practitioners offering services within Wholde do so as independent contractors and are not employees or agents of Wholde. Each practitioner maintains sole responsibility for their practice, services, and professional obligations.
